  1. Hello, Just found your site and appreciate the support you have been providing. I am a recent A1 owner ready to do the upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2. I am a Mac user as well and upgraded to Monterey about a month ago. I noticed that Monterey is not listed in the software compatibility list and wonder whether I should proceed or just wait and check the website every month. Thanks for your thoughts!

    1. Hello Bill. I highly advise Sony users to WAIT on full Mac OS upgrades for a minimum of six months before even considering a full MacOS upgrade. That’s how long it generally takes for Sony to figure a way around the changes in USB Stack security protocols in order to allow firmware updates. In the mean time, try to find a friend with a compatible MacOS or a PC.
