How can 0,05mm drill make 0,14 mm hole?
I would imagine the drill rotates though the 0.14mm hole diameter. That would produce a cleaner edge than simply punch through with a 0.14mm drill bit.
They are probably using a drill point mill. Peck out a hole, then spiral out to dimension. Gets you a circular hole instead of a random ovoid due to tearout.
