Good news for Sony users, the final update of stand-alone Lightroom 6.14 adds Sony a7R III Raw Support and FE 24-105mm F4 G lens profile support! My deepst personal thanks for my friends at Adobe for listening to my pleas to make this happen.
All future RAW support will only be added for Lightroom Classic CC, Lightroom CC, Lightoom for iOS, Lightoom for Android, Adobe Camera Raw CC and Adobe Raw Converter.
New Camera Support Includes:
• Sony A7R III (ILCE-7RM3)

• Sigma 16mm F1.4 DC DN APS-C E-Mount lens

Easiest way is to simply use Adobe Updater. Otherwise, downloadlinks for both Mac & PC are listed here
