Sony has released Firmware Update 3.10 which adds Sony G Master lens support for Sony a7, a7R, a7S, a7II, a7RII, a6000 and a5100 mirrorless cameras. I’m told by Sony USA that Firmware Update is not required for a7SII. Sony firmware updates are cumulative so if you missed previous update(s) you will also get firmware improvements

Sony has released firmware updates for a7RII and a7SII that Improve 4K movie recording time when using the vertical grip (VG-C2EM) or when the APS-C/Super35mm mode is activated.
