Compact yet fast, the Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35mm f/1.4 Lens is a standard wide-angle prime designed for full-frame Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. Its classic wide focal length with a bright f/1.4 maximum aperture allows control of depth of field for shallow depth of field and low-light shooting.
A symmetrical optical design is used to achieve the Nokton Classic look along with high refractive index glass to produce sharp, clear imagery. Some intentional aberrations left to realize a smooth and vintage character. Manual focus design permits focusing down to 11.8″.
The mount incorporates electronic contacts to relay EXIF data and to make use of in-camera focus assist and Steadyshot with Sony mirrorless cameras with IBIS.
