I have the most current Mac OS 10.13.2 but still unable to update Firmware for Sony A9. Every time I try to use it after plugging in cable it just freezes up MacBook Pro (Late 2015). Since installing High Sierra I have not been able to update any of my Sony cameras. Never had this issue until High Sierra.

Thanks Brain. That did the trick. Do you have to use this DriverLoader each time you update a firmware or just once? Thanks again for your speedy reply. Cheers!
Should be just once.
