Hi Brian, I love your blog and always a pleasure to see your new work. I just received my new A7RIV and it will not fire my Pocket Wizards. Any insights?
As opposed to AirTTL Remotes, I believe the a7R IV Wireless Flash Setting actually needs to be turned OFF for Pocket Wizards. Let me know if that works.
Hi Brian, Pocket Wizard team solved the issue. Wireless flash can be on but E-Front Curtain Shutter must be set to off. Thanks for your quick reply!!
Glad you found the fix. I haven’t used Pocket Wizards in a long time. I knew there was some setting that had to be changed.
I did do a test with the Godox AD200 Pro and worked fine with the Shutter on. Just a side note. Have a great day!
