While at the same time, Sony A7R IV is only 0.07″ wider and 0.08″ taller than Sony A7R.

Yes and you feel as soon as you take up the camera, almost like holding the a99, feels a lot more solid without being to large, and works a lot better with longer lenses. Just love it.
