North White Plains, NY – March 31, 2016 – Heliopan, a German optical design company committed to providing image-makers around the world with the best handcrafted filters has announced a drop-protection warranty for their range of UV and Protection Filters.
Beginning April 1, 2016, Heliopan will be offering a one-time replacement warranty for any UV or Protection Filter purchased new from Heliopan.com or from any of its Authorized US Resellers. This warranty is a 5 year, US-only, one-time direct replacement for Heliopan UV and Protection filters only and expires upon its fulfillment to the original owner. Filters purchased second-hand or from Non-Authorized US Resellers are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
As a courtesy to existing Heliopan customers, filter purchases dating back to January 1, 2016 will also qualify for this unique warranty.

For products purchased in the USA, replacement requests must be made directly to the Heliopan Service Department. Return of the damaged filter and proof purchase from an authorized US reseller is required for any replacement claim.
