Good news for Sony users, the final update of stand-alone Lightroom 6.14 adds Sony a7R III Raw Support and FE 24-105mm F4 G lens profile support! My deepest personal thanks for my friends at Adobe for listening to my pleas to make this happen.
All future RAW support will only be added for Lightroom Classic CC, Lightroom CC, Lightoom for iOS, Lightoom for Android, Adobe Camera Raw CC and Adobe Raw Converter.
New Camera Support Includes:
• Sony A7R III (ILCE-7RM3)

• Sigma 16mm F1.4 DC DN APS-C E-Mount lens

Could you please post the url for the final standalone LR update?
Easiest way is to simply use Adobe Updater. Otherwise, downloadlinks for both Mac & PC are listed here

You’re asking this two years after the final LR 6 update 6.14 was released. I long ago removed Lightroom 6 and am running current Lightroom Classic 2019 (8.4.1), but from memory, you need to:
Open Lightroom 6.XX
Check for Updates in the Help Tab.
If 6.14 is no longer available there, you need to contact Adobe.
