Cool Gear: Vincent Laforet Rolls Out MōVI

Photographer/Director Vincent Laforet has just rolled out a really slick camera stabilization rig called MōVI. Which he describes as digital 3-axis gyro-stabilized handheld camera gimbal. What that mean to you is that it helps keep your video rig steady even if your running along side you subject. The rig weighs under 3.5 pounds bare and can be operated solo, or with the help of a second “gimbal” operator with a joystick to pull off some incredible moves. Check out Vincent video – it’s really cool!
