Begun in 2008 as an effort to recognize and support emerging photographers, APA/Editorial Photographers is pleased to announce that our student photography competition is back again for 2013!
This year, awards will be granted to each of six outstanding full time students. Each winner will receive a grant of $1000 each courtesy of APA/EP and Blinkbid. The six winners will also receive the following items courtesy of several industry sponsors:
PhotoShelter Standard Account for one year valued at $329
ThinkTankPhoto Airport 4-Sight rolling camera bag, valued at $250
Blinkbid Business Software, valued at $229
Cradoc Software’s fotoQuote 6.0, valued at $150.
One-year APA student membership with winning entries shown on the APA/EP website, valued at $55.
Preliminary judging will be done by a panel of EP Board Members, and winners shall be selected from a panel of Guest Judges who will choose the prize winners from among the finalists.

Eligible contestants must be enrolled in an accredited, full time college photography program in the U.S. or Canada during the 2012-2013 school year. Previous winners are not eligible to enter again.
